Award winning 1860's ballgown skirt

This silver metallic Paisley brocade in teal satin weight with plain teal satin lining made into a ballgown in 1860's crinoline shape. Requires a 100" cage or larger to achieve volume. Shown here with a 100" cage underneath. Both underskirt and overskirt are combined in a single waistband and used hook and eye closure at back/sideback seam.
